We are excited to share that “The Ballad of Wallis Island” has received three BAFTA nominations, in the categories of Outstanding British Film, Adapted Screenplay, and Best Supporting Actress.

Directed by James Griffiths and in association with Moxie Pictures, the film stars Tom Basden, Tim Key, and Carey Mulligan, who received the nomination for Best Supporting Actress. In a full circle moment, this heartwarming movie was adapted from a short film — one that was also nominated for a BAFTA in 2008 and was produced by Moxie Pictures.
